Where the heck are my keys?

We’ve all lost our keys, but have you ever lost them while holding them?! That’s what I did this morning. I put on my gloves, grabbed my purse and laptop, work shoes, and keys and headed for the door. Somehow with everything racing through my head, I forgot that I picked up my keys and couldn’t feel them distinctly through my gloves with everything else I was carrying. Refusing to put my stuff down, I started looking for my keys. Bedroom: nope. Kitchen: nope. Study: nope. By this time I was starting to get very upset as I was already running late and this was a distraction I didn’t need. Carrying all of my stuff from room to room was starting to become a real bother (not to mention I was getting pretty warm since I was fully dressed for the winter cold). I went back into my room, looked some more and then finally admited that I need to look more diligently so I threw everything down on the bed that I had been carrying only to hear the jingle of my keys… keys that I had been carrying all morning long.

What an amazing concert on Friday! Sheryl Crow is simply brilliant. I didn’t think things could get any better than being seated in the front row, but after the encore I had the opportunity to head back stage and meet the entire band. Sheryl Crow is so down to earth a personable, just like she relates through her songs she is totally relatable in person! In addition to these great pictures, I was able to get a few autographs!
